Happy Earth Day

In honor or Earth Day, I am showing some of my artistic recycling. I am a collage artist, putting bits and pieces of recycled materials together into these handmade books. I enjoy recycling, reusing and renewing things into meaningful treasures. I often give these books as gifts for birthdays, or in this case, I created 8 books, packed with meaningful tidbits and treasures as Christmas gifts to my 8 brothers and sisters. After losing Mom a few years ago, I have become more attached to things, and meanings, and family, and life, and memories...and treasures. Take a look at some of my treasures.
