About Me

Carol: I am an ordinary "girl" living in an ordinary world trying to "Choose Joy". We have 3 children. Our daughter, Marissa is 18 and keeps us hopping with her sporting schedule. Our son, Brandon is married to Brittany, and they have twin boys, Calvin and Kavian, and little girl, Braylyn. Brandon owns "Brandon Childress Construction". Tyler is married to Christi, and owns "The Cell Phone Guy" on 41st Street in Sioux Falls. They have one little boy, Bentley! I enjoy being "Grandma Carol" and spend quite a bit of time with the grandkids. I teach grades 7-12 Art at West Lyon, I sing in Seeds of Faith church choir, I love to paint, scrapbook, take pictures, and do just about anything creative. I enjoy painting murals and doing creative projects for others. I have 8 brothers and sisters. My parents have both gone on to their heavenly home and I miss them greatly, but do know that I will see them again. Thanks for visiting my site. Visit often. I try to update every week.
